We have different models of centrifuge filters suitable for different oil capacities. 

In cement industry, our centrifugal oil filtration system is applicable for slide shoe bearing oil filtration, cement mill oil filtration, vertical raw mill oil filtration (vrm), coal mill oil filtration, ball mill, crushers oil filtration etc. Increase life or prolong cleaning frequency of the existing 20 micron wire mesh filters, spin on filters, cummins filters, fleetgaurd filters, hydac filters, parker filters, CJC Jensen filters, kleenoil filters, celluslose fibre filters etc. Centrifugal oil Cleaner is also available as Complete Standalone system, including Motor, Gear pump, Pressure gauge, Electrical switch gear etc., it is useful for cleaning onboard oils like Gear oil, Transmission oil, Hydraulic Oil, Fuel Oil, Stuffing Box Oil etc. It can also be used for cleaning engine lube oil of low rpm engines (with pressure upto 3 bar). The unit is mounted on wheels and can be easily moved. Centrifugal Oil Cleaner removes very fine dirt from Oil upto 1µ and below, by Centrifugal force created in centrifuge rotor. Conventional filters can not remove such fine dirt from oil. There are no consumables hence no recurring cost. Collected dirt can be easily cleaned and the unit put back to use again. With clean oil, wear of tools and dies is reduced and job finish is improved. The oil need not be replaced frequently, thereby saving substantially on oil expenses and protecting Environment. Centrifugal Oil Cleaner works on reaction turbine principle. Oil enters Centrifuge under pressure and escapes through tangentially opposite Nozzles of rotor producing rotor speed upto 7000 RPM. The resultant Centrifugal force removes dirt from the oil, depositing it on the inner wall of rotor in a dense cake form.
