The Electrostatic Oil Cleaning Machine (EOCM) is a high-precision oil purification system that removes ultra-fine particles, oxidation by-products, sludge, and varnish from industrial oils using a high-voltage electrostatic field.

Unlike conventional filters, which remove only larger particulates, EOCMs can eliminate sub-micron contaminants (down to 0.01 µm), restoring oil performance and protecting sensitive components from wear and thermal degradation.

Our Electrostatic oil cleaner (ELC) removes sludge, varnish and oxidation products from hydraulic oil and other mineral oils. Malfunction of the hydraulic system is reduced and operating life of hydraulic oil is extended. The cleaned oil is much cleaner than new oil.
