KT400 is our intermidiate model of centrifugal oil cleaner. It has 3000 LPH flowrate with 4000 cc dirt holding capacity.  

This is completely offline and multiple pass filtration technique which can remove solid particles from oil down to submicron level.

In marine industry, our centrifugal lube oil cleaners can be easily installed on auxiliary engines like man b&w, daihatsu, himsen, wartsila, yanmar, sulzer, mak and many more. We supply modified crankcase door with centrifuge filter mounting arrangement on it. Existing crankcase door will be replaced with our modified crankcase door. Other accessories like inlet hose, isolating ball valve, adaptors etc are the part of our installation kit. Increase life or prolong cleaning frequency of the existing 20 micron wire mesh filters, spin on filters, cummins filters, fleetgaurd filters, hydac filters, parker filters, CJC Jensen filters, kleenoil filters, celluslose fibre filters etc. Centrifugal Oil Cleaner removes very fine dirt from Oil upto 1µ and below, by Centrifugal force created in centrifuge rotor. Conventional filters can not remove such fine dirt from oil. There are no consumables hence no recurring cost. Collected dirt can be easily cleaned and the unit put back to use again. With clean oil, wear of tools and dies is reduced and job finish is improved. The oil need not be replaced frequently, thereby saving substantially on oil expenses and protecting Environment. Centrifugal Oil Cleaner works on reaction turbine principle. Oil enters Centrifuge under pressure and escapes through tangentially opposite Nozzles of rotor producing rotor speed upto 7000 RPM. The resultant Centrifugal force removes dirt from the oil, depositing it on the inner wall of rotor in a dense cake form.
