Karroter Technique Pvt. Ltd. introducing OIL PURIFICATION SYSTEM for separation of solid contamination and water / moisture from industrial oil. OPS series consists with combination of cleanable Centrifuge filter and range of Mechanical Filters for reduction of solid contamination down to NAS 6 - NAS 7. 

Additional integration of Oil Dehydration technology gives extra benefit of reduction of free water, emulsified water, dissolved water contamination down to 100 ppm.

Majority of solid particles will be removed by centrifugal oil cleaner which is 100% cleanable and hence life of mechanical filters increases drastically. User can isolate mechanical filters till 70% to 80% dust is removed by centrifugal oil filter. In next step, oil will be transfered through mechanical filters which removes remaining solid contamination. We can use 1 or 2 filter elements in series which ensures NAS 6 or 7 or ISO 18/16/13 cleanliness of oil. State-of-art Oil dehydration process runs simultaniously which helps in draying oil. It reduces all form of water / moisture / dissolved gases and keep oil dry below 100 ppm. Flowrate of Oil Purification System (OPS) is 20 LPM / 1200 LPH. 

OPS is suitable for hydraulic oil, lube oil, gear oil, turbine oil with 220 Cst viscosity.  

Solid particle counter and water sensor / counter can be incorporated according to customer request with additional cost.
